The way i came to understand that I wasn’t always being conscious.
I had been moaning about the time i had at friend’s farm, lets call him up Jim, to a new friend, lets call her Claire. At the time I was thinking I used to be describing what went down and what was happening so she could be aware of it. My friend was patient with me for some time. Then she thought to me “where are you currently in every of this”. My first reaction was “I’m telling you”. Then I realised that many of the items I had shared with her was ready Jim and all sorts of he previously done and what he wanted me to accomplish.

Where was I in every of this?

I was not present; I was still distracted by moaning about this all. If I used to be present I would have been alert to my choices and i also might have chosen to act differently and that i couldn’t survive moaning. I decided at this point to consider responsibility for my actions making choices consciously. I knew that this would benefit my aims of studying the farm, learning about myself and being aware.
